The product is what I expected and happy with it. But it is kind of funny that we discussed how stiff the arm on the original watch. Because this one is softer and more flexible. But it works well.
added softer flexibility, makes getting the shape your after better but the weight of the phone which in this case is an iPhone 16 as a Tennessee to want to droop a little bit. So I need to do flex the arm into a more pointed up angle to compensate for it, but it seems to be doing well with that

I ordered this by phone thru their website since I had several questions. I had a great experience with Levō’s sales person. She was extremely helpful and guided me to this stand. Even though it’s refurbished it could pass for new. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow. We received our shipment 2 days after ordering!! My husband likes the versatility and ease of use. He actually uses for and iPad and also magazines while sitting in his chair. He can use his ottoman to elevate his feet while reading and the adjustability of stand is perfect. We added a refurbished phone holder to the order and it was like new also. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend doing business with this company. Note: buy thru the actual store rather than Amazon. It will save you money and is a refreshing bonus to work with a “live” person!

I had a malfunction with the shelf rests on my rolling workstation but the repair kit came quickly and was easy to install. The customer service at Levo is great. They were fast and responsive and I love my workstation.

I am a mental health therapist who needed an adjustable laptop stand so I can comfortably take notes during sessions. I’ve tried multiple ways of doing this, and all have been less than ideal. This stand moves easily, adjusts the keyboard for proper ergonomics, and allows me to go from in person to telehealth sessions quickly. I am hoping it will help end chronic neck and shoulder pain from the misalignment of my body due to sitting, twisting, typing (and listening) hour after hour after hour.
The product packaging was very impressive! Quite secure and protective of the stand components.

My wife has used an original G2 (now called deluxe) for years, turning her iPad & a BT keyboard into a recliner-based workstation. I knew I would be spending a lot of time in bed following surgery and wanted an option for my tablet. Since it would be short-term the deluxe would be overkill, but the V16 fit the bill. The assembly instructions were quite good. Note that the arm doesn't swing outside the footprint of the "V" feet for stability reasons, so make sure that limitation will work for you. I didn't think I'd want the phone mount, but it's really nice to have.

Have not needed yet but worked well in the past..

My old clamping ends covered the iPad Pro camera and face ID functionality as a result didn't work. New pro clamping ends work as advertised. Now face id works on my iPad pro and I don't have to keep entering the code to unlock the iPad.

I am visually impaired and have spent a lifetime trying to devise ways to read music when playing the piano. Nothing ever fit the bill! It was either not close enough, or inhibited my access to the keyboard or too flimsy or incredibly awkward. The LEVO G2 is a answer to a lifelong quest. I was able to set it up easily and adjust to perfectly for my needs. I spent 3 hours reading through music the day it arrived. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You folks are my Heros!!!!
