30 Day Return Policy
We pride ourselves on our product guarantee, we call it our “Investment in Happiness”. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days of receiving it. We are happy to accept returns for a refund and will provide a return label. The return label fees are for the contingent United States, depending on the LEVO(s) you are returning. Stands with accessories may incur additional return shipping fees. For returns from APO, AK, HI, PR, US VI addresses, return shipping costs will equal actual outbound shipping costs. This will be deducted from your refund. Original packaging is required for safe transport.
If you are not completely happy with your item, email an explanation to sales@LevoStore.com. We'll reply within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, and provide a return shipping label with return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received, showing no signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging. While we do not offer direct exchanges, we’d be happy to process a refund using the original method of payment. You can place a new order whenever you're ready.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation requests, please email sales@LevoStore.com with your order number. Requests to cancel an order must be received before your order has been sent to our fulfillment center. In some cases, we can reroute the package back to our warehouse for a fee.
