Unlike giant marketplaces that treat products like numbers, we’re here to provide personal support and ensure you get exactly what you need.

How It Works

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your LEVO product, email us at sales@LevoStore.com with a brief explanation of your concern. Understanding your issue helps us help you.

We’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with easy return instructions and a FREE prepaid return label for orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
A Few Notes:

Keep Your Packaging: Please retain the original box and packaging for 30 days to ensure a smooth return process. Without it, returning our stands can be very difficult.

Outside the Contiguous US: For returns from APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the return shipping cost will match the actual shipping fee we pay and will be deducted from your refund. While we deeply value our customers in these locations, the higher shipping costs to and from these areas unfortunately make it difficult for us to offer free return labels. If you have an issue, we'll do our best to solve it for you and eliminate the need for a return.

Free gifts from eligible purchases must also be returned, or the current price of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased from LEVOstore.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

For any order placed from November 1st, please return your order to us by January 1st and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Need to Cancel an Order?
For cancellation requests, please email sales@LevoStore.com ASAP with your order number. We'll do our best to cancel your order, but success depends on how far along your order is in our fulfillment.
