What can we help you with?

Our Dual-Clamp Tablet Holder's maximum clamping capacity is 13.5 x 9.25 x .75 inches. It is on all our tablet stands except our Commercial Stand with Power. Our dual clamp works with almost all tablets and their cases.  For mobile phones, you can secure with two of the four clamping ends.

Yes, our stands are specifically designed for use on both the left and right sides of your furniture.

While most clamps require a tabletop overhang of up to 2 inches, our patent-pending "V" clamp can attach to corners of tables less than 1.6 inches with overhangs as little as 1/4 of an inch allowing you to clamp on to nearly any table or counter in the home or office.

Yes, our dual cradle tablet holder on all of our tablet stands can pivot to face the ceiling, the ground, and any angle in between.

Our Deluxe Book Stand is designed to hold books weighing four pounds or less. The horizontal arm can support up to seven pounds. For books weighing more than four pounds, we recommend adding a counterbalance to the base of the stand to prevent it from tipping.

Our G2 Book Holder Floor Stand's Book Platform Kit has spring-loaded page holders that you lift to release the page to turn them. Below is a video demonstrating one-handed page turning.

The specs best illustrate the many differences between our V16 and Deluxe Laptop Stands. The most important buying decision comes down to your furniture and the features on our stands that will or may not work with where you want to use your LEVO.

The height of the base is an essential factor. Can you fit it under your furniture? They are both 3 ¾ of an inch high. If not, some of our customers choose to buy furniture risers. However, depending on where you want to position your stand, clearance may not be needed.

The maximum vertical height for both stands is 45 inches.

The horizontal arm on our V16 Laptop Stand is 15" and swings over inside the angle of its V-shaped base. This serves as a counterbalance and is approximately 90 degrees.

Our Deluxe Laptop Stand 801's 18" horizontal arm swings 360 degrees on its vertical post.

Both come with a mouse tray and can accommodate books, tablets, phones, etc., as accessories; only our Deluxe Laptop Stand 801can hold both a laptop and a tablet on the same stand with our new dual-arm (coming soon).

Our laptop stands are designed to hold laptops up to 16 inches and up to five pounds.

Yes.  Two receptacles are on the back of the desktop tray for left and right positioning.  (One is for a phone holder, and the other is for a mouse tray )You can choose which side to mount these holders. The mouse tray is secured with a turn knob.

Attaching our desktop trays to our Deluxe Tablet and Book Stands is unsafe.  Our laptop stands are specially designed to support laptops safely.  Below is a side-by-side comparison of both stands.

Yes, and can be adjusted with a turn knob. Our mouse tray has a small ledge around its border to help prevent the mouse from sliding off. The mouse tray should be used horizontally as no locks are securing your mouse to the mouse tray.

Our Book Kit, item 33715, is compatible with our V16 Laptop Stand, item 33742.  The kit has two-page holders, two Velcro straps, and two-page plates.  You attach this kit to the desktop tray, and you can leave it connected to the tray when using your laptop. The page holders are specially designed to collapse out of the way when using your laptop. Simply remove your laptop when you would like to attach your book.  It is not compatible with our Gooseneck Tablet Stand.

Our Book Platform Kit, item 33701, is designed as an interchangeable mount for our tablet stands and our Deluxe Laptop Stand 801. It is not compatible with our Gooseneck Tablet Stand.

If you would like your stand to hold your laptop, you must choose from our laptop stands, as they were designed to hold laptops. You can add accessories to hold tablets and books. If you do not need your stand to hold a laptop, you can choose from our tablet or book stands.

Part 0113 is the desktop tray for our 33801 Laptop Stand.  This should tilt up and down, but you may not know how and where it moves, or the bracket may be positioned incorrectly.  We can fix this by moving the bracket in the correct position.  Below is an image.  Please look at the underside of your desktop tray.  The U bracket is in white.  The tray will move on the hinges marked with red arrows.  The leveling knob should be on the inside of the U bracket.  The knob will pass through two holes.  One is the white U bracket an the other is marked in yellow.  Oftentimes, the leveling knob is going through the wrong way, or the bracket has been turned so that it does not pass through both holes.  This can be maneuvered into the correct position by hand.

Our Commercial Tablet Stand has two locks on the back of the tablet holder.  One is a slide lever to lock and unlock the arms of the tablet holder and the other is a push button antitheft lock. If the push button lock is pushed in, the slide lever will be locked. You will need to unlock the push button lock with the tubular provided keys.  If you have lost your keys, we offer them in this set: Keys 35429 and wrench

  1.  Please check to make sure the cables are connected as seen in your owner's manual.
  2.  Please check that the AC cord is sung in the base.  Please let us know if it does not fit snug and is loose in the receptacle.
  3. Please make sure the wall outlet is working.
  4. This is a 60W High Speed USB charger.  Is your USB cord rated for this power?
Once these are all checked, and your stand is plugged into the wall, please let me know if you see a blue light that will be illuminated directly under the USB charging port on underside of the stand's horizontal arm.  If you see the blue light, you have power running through the stand and likely need a better suited USB cord.

To determine what casters you need please look on the underside of the base where the casters are inserted and choose from the below options.

G2 Stands -These stands have height adjustment levers to raise and lower the vertical post.
