Frequently Asked Questions
Should I buy directly from you?
We strongly encourage you to buy directly from us, not through online marketplaces. We design and develop every LEVO product. If you purchase from a marketplace, it’s us who supplied LEVO to them. Those platforms charge us exorbitant fees and restrict how we communicate with you. This means you miss out on the expert, personalized support we’re known for.
Marketplaces can’t match our knowledge or service. Without proper support, your perfectly good LEVO could end up in a landfill over a simple issue we could easily solve. By buying directly from us, you ensure the best care for your LEVO and contribute to a more sustainable future.
