With all of these 5-Star reviews, I don't need to repeat all of the details that you can already read about how unquestionably awesome this product is, but I do want to talk about why this company deserves your business.

I am a private duty pediatric nurse working in the home for one immobile patient. This iPad stand was first purchased for my patient prior to a big surgery over three years ago and has been used heavily by every member of my patient's care team almost every single day since then. Recently and understandably with all of the high use, the platform that holds the iPad developed cracks at the center bolt and eventually came off completely, just a few months past their generous three-year warranty. I reached out to the company and was prepared to purchase the replacement platform because after just one day of not having this essential piece of equipment, we knew it had to be repaired. When the representative I spoke to heard my patient's story, she took it upon herself to speak with the owner who came back with a gesture that demonstrates the heart of this company. We were offered an unopened returned product to completely replace the stand at no cost but shipping. Now I am hoping that people understand that this is not something that everyone can expect, but I've since learned that Levo regularly donates their products to hospitals and other organizations when they are able.

So not only does this company have a great product and outstanding customer service (thank you, Erica!), they are also deeply compassionate and philanthropic. It's obvious they care about improving quality of life for as many people as they can and they even maintain an educational and informative blog on their website where they talk about things like preventing Tech Neck/neck pain which has become an epidemic. That said, I do not hesitate to recommend this product and this company based on my fantastic experience with both!
