Problem: The downward tilt or "roll" on our tablet and book holders are very tight at first.
Solution: This was intentional. Please do not worry about breaking it! Simply place your hands on the left and right side of the tablet or book holders and pivot them down. Your LEVO is covered by a three-year warranty. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team below. Thank you!
We kindly ask that you keep the original packaging for your stand. If a return is needed, the original box ensures the stand is properly protected during transit, safeguarding our carriers, warehouse personnel, and the product itself. Proper packaging also helps prevent unnecessary damage, reducing waste and protecting the environment. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
