After placing an order for the replacement knob, I received an email from a company representative who wanted to find out the issue I was having with the knob. I was impressed that someone would have contacted me to verify that what I ordered would fix the problem I was having with the Levo book stand. After our email exchange they checked with their technical team to get their opinion whether i had ordered the the correct replacement part. Most other companies would have just sent what I ordered and not bothered to take the extra step, time and effort to contact me. Thanks again for the excellent service!
