New life, new device
Makes the iPad Pro feel new. So much easier to interact with. So much nicer with FaceID
You only need these if your tablet or case is over 13 inches long or 8 5/8 inches wide, or if you’d like to use Face ID.
At all four locations of our Clamping Arms, you see the Clamping Ends. Our standard style is included with your LEVO, and they’re great for every tablet, and most cases. They even work for large tablets such as iPad Pro, but without a case.
If you’d like to use a larger tablet, such as iPad Pro, in a case then you’ll need our Pro Clamping Ends. They work with larger tablets and cases.
Here’s a list of some compatible tablets. Of course there are too many to list so use our check list below.
Security Clamping Ends are only included in our LEVO Commercial Stand - item#33773
Our Pro Clamping Ends are now included with all LEVOs except our LEVO Commercial. They are compatible with all iPad Pros, and are compatible with Face ID and Apple Pencil - even in cases.
I have an iPad Pro but my iPad swivels down and won’t stay stationary. It seems the swivel joint is not strong enough to hold it. Is there someway to fix this? I will be ordering the new clamps if I can fix the swivel issue. I am not using a case or anything that would add weight just the iPad Pro.
There is a mound on the back of the dual clamping tablet holder and on that mound, there is a metal flat head screw. This is a tension screw which is set in our factory but can come loose. To increase the tension, unlock the slide lock, remove the tablet and spin the screw 1/4 of a turn. Put the tablet back on. Repeat if needed. You may need to do this a few times.
I just ordered the pro clamping ends for my iPad pro tablet. How do you change them out from the original clamps on the G2 model?
Here is a link to a video that demonstrates how to remove the standard clamping ends to replace with the Pro Clamping Ends:
Do you have an accessory that will also hold my smartphone on the stand.
The dual clamping tablet platform will hold most plus size cell phones. You will only use two of the four clamping ends.
I love my Levo deluxe for my iPad, I had a spinal cord injury which Severely limits my mobility and position. I am however curious is there a way to get casters That would be more altering, I struggle going from Hardwood (Rolls perfectly) The carpet where the wheels really struggle. Is there a standard size wheel I could swap them out with without having to Adapt the stand in some way? I am eager for your response as are my co post spinal cord injury friends and therapist. We are all your biggest fans and marketers!!! :)
The casters on the LEVO G2 Deluxe Stands are 8.0 mm. This is the diameter of the stem. They are custom designed and are difficult to find. The casters on our LEVO's roll on carpet and hardwood, but not with the same fluidity. For most, this has not been an issue, but could possibly be in your situation.
Use your new LEVO without any modifications. It works fantastically except your Face ID won’t work, and if you use an Apple Pencil, it also won’t have space to charge on top of your iPad. See option 2 for if you’d like these to work.
Our Dual Clamping Platform/Cradle is designed so you can easily remove any of the Clamping Ends. You can simply remove the top one and ... shazaam, now your Face ID is your friend again, and your pencil will charge on top of your iPad Pro 2018.
