From our history, it's doubtful that you will require use of our warranty. However, for your peace of mind, here's our promise... Limited Warranty Statement - parent company is Mind To Market, Inc. (MTM)

Mind To Market, Inc. ("MTM") warrants to the original end user/customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, MTM will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by MTM on an exchange basis and will be either new or reconditioned. All reconditioned products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products. If the warranted items (is) are discontinued, MTM has the option of replacing the part with a part of similar function from a current model.  Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired. This limited warranty only applies to purchases made and items located in the U.S. and applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user/customer owns the product.

This limited warranty is non-transferable. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper assembly, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original item has been sold as second-hand. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Product Lifetime Warranty

ALL parts in the following MTM products are covered by this warranty for the life of the product, with the exception of tablet platform bungee chords:

Three-Year Warranty

Any part NOT involved in the electrical circuitry in the following items is covered by this warranty for a period of three years from the date of original retail purchase, with the exception of the bungee chords. Any part involved in the electrical circuitry in the following items is covered by this warranty for a period of one year:

Warranty Claim Procedures

If you experience difficulty during the assembly or subsequent use of a LEVO product, please contact customer support at 800-928-2322, or email us at sales(at) Our representatives are ready to help you. You must possess your original purchase receipt. Rather than have you pack the item and ship it to us at your cost, you can simply email us photographs that thoroughly show the failure in your part. We may then ship replacement parts to you. Shipping and handling costs will be your responsibility. Our representative may send you to our web site with a specific search word so you can easily order your part online.
