What a blessing

I was irritated for months when my springs broke on my stand. One day I called to see if there was a solution. They said yes, and mailed out a new part. It was easy to switch out. I feel happy with my levo again. All's right with the world. Ty for being so easy to work with.

This Replacement Shelf Rest is working!

I had a malfunction with the shelf rests on my rolling workstation but the repair kit came quickly and was easy to install. The customer service at Levo is great. They were fast and responsive and I love my workstation.

Shipped out the same day with accompanying email containing info on accessing the install video. The superb design of the laptop desk makes repair a breeze! Obviously when they designed this product they really took into account making it easily repaired by the consumer. Quality all the way around!
