Turn Knob G1 Stands and Gooseneck Stands

This turn knob is just what I needed! My husband misplaced the original turn knob. (Aka height adjustment knob) As a result, I couldn’t adjust my tablet stand’s height. Luckily, Erica, a Levō representative kindly informed me that there is a replacement knob available for a couple of bucks. It was a smooth & quick transaction and now I’m able to use my wonderful tablet stand once again, hurray!...thanks to Erica and my perfect turn knob! 😊

I was impressed that someone would have contacted me to verify that what I ordered would fix the problem I was having with the Levo book stand. After our email exchange they checked with their technical team to get their opinion whether i had ordered the the correct replacement part. Most other companies would have just sent what I ordered and not bothered to take the extra step, time and effort to contact me. Thanks again for the excellent service!
