Solidly built but swivel is limited

This is an awesome stand. The problem is that unlike other stands they make, only the last section of the arm swivels, the one on top of the vertical post does not, which did not work for my needs. Erica in customer service spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions and help me find the right stands for my needs. The company stands by their products and their customers, no kidding, world class customer service. I was able to exchange for the stands I needed and couldn’t be happier with a purchase that meets my needs. If you spend a lot of time on your tablet, you have to buy one of these products. They are worth every penny and will preclude you from having back and neck problems.

Must have for regular tablet users

I purchased this Levo stand with Amazon and it is my fourth Levo stand. I recently re-homed my G1 tablet stand (to a friend) and still own the others including the laptop stand. These products are high quality. I wanted this stand because it can charge your tablet while you are using it. They make using an iPad on the sofa or bed comfortable. I brag about my Levo products and refer people to the website. Thanks Levo for creating such useful products.

Question asked: This has been overall very helpful for my mom,. who is largely confined to her bed, BUT...I can't get the main arm to swivel (where the horizontal part attaches to the vertical), which makes it hard for her to position when she's on her own (it makes it harder for everyone, frankly). I've loosed the screw, tried all kinds of things, but it seems stuck. Is there a simple way to get this fixed? I'd hate to have to ship it back :( Thanks.

The horizontal arm on this unit is locked where the vertical post meets the horizontal arm to prevent damage to the internal USB cord per UL Listing regulations. The arm articulates at the elbow which works great for most using these bedside. Our G2 Deluxe Tablet Stands without power have full horizontal arm mobility and may be a better option for your mom.

We have yet to manufacture a tablet stand that can hold two tablets simultaneously. We offer a second arm for our G2 Deluxe Laptop Workstation that supports the laptop on one side and a tablet or book on the other. Our LEVO G2 Commerical Tablet stand's tablet holder has a maximum clamping capacity of 8 5/8 x 13 x 13/16 of an inch. The tablet holder has Security Clamping Ends. These ends have a cut-out allowing the charging cable to pass through. These ends may block the facial recognition camera, so you may need to unlock your tablet with its keypad.

You stand has 8 mm casters as that was the industry standard. It is now 12 mm. This is the diameter of the stem. 8 mm casters are very hard to find. We do keep them in stock though.
